FTP Upload:


UPLOAD DIRECTIONS

We utilize the File Chucker web application so our customers may easily upload files (no FTP client is necessary). 


  1. 1.Enter your login (ID and Password) in the field below.

  2. 2.Click the “Log In” button.

  3. 3.Click “Choose File” and find your file on your computer.

  4. 4.Please enter your company’s name as the “Subdirectory”.

  5. 5.If you have additional files to upload, select “Add Another File”.  You can add up to 5 files.

  6. 6.After your files have been selected, click “Begin Upload”.

  7. 7.You will see “Your Upload Is Complete” when everything successfully transfers.  Depending on the size of your file, this could take several moments.

  8. 8.Please email your Customer Service Contact to inform them that your files have been sent.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  1. •If you have several files to send at once, we recommend combining everything into one archive file before accessing the FTP site.

  2. •Please email your CSR with a PDF or JPG.  This PDF or JPG should be a small file, for reference only.

  3. •Make sure all linked files are sent with the layout file.  Even if bitmap images are embedded, the original files should be sent as well.

  4. •Please email your CSR with your file name/s, especially if you have several files uploading individually.

This FTP site has been designated for use by the Dusobox Corporation and its customers.  Any abuse of this site will not be tolerated and may result in legal action against the offender.  The File Chucker script has been purchased from Encodable and should not be duplicated.
